Managing Partner

Christopher Carucci

Chris is a highly experienced construction professional with over 30 years of expertise in building construction and M/E/P systems. He has an impressive portfolio managing projects in various sectors including healthcare, life science, commercial, academic, retail/restaurant, industrial, and multi-unit affordable housing. Chris’s technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills have consistently delivered outstanding results. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology and is committed to ongoing education, evident through his Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and certifications including ASHE, OSHA 30, Lead Safe Renovator Supervisor, NFPA Hot Work Safety, and CPR/First Aid. These qualifications reflect his commitment to ensuring safety and quality in every project. Managing complex construction projects, advising on mechanical design, or finding innovative solutions to on-site challenges is where Chris excels.

Managing Partner

Richard McNamara

Rich has long had a passion for the construction industry and brings his over 45 years of experience creating positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. His friendly and collaborative approach is an asset to any team. Rich holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a graduate of Harvard University’s Cleanroom Design Program. Rich’s project expertise spans laboratory, healthcare, university, office, multi-unit, mixed-use, and significant concrete structures. He has led projects such as large post-tension garages on urban sites, towers over 12 stories, massive slabs, beam replacements, and structural reinforcement using international forming systems. Rich’s knowledge and ability to break down complex issues allow him to deliver excellent value seamlessly for his clients.

Director of Business Development

Aaron Bishop

Aaron is an experienced and knowledgeable commercial real estate advisor and Business Development professional. He is particularly passionate about New England and its construction and real estate industry. At CMC he continues to develop and utilize his network and relationships to create and deliver new projects. As a dedicated client service resource, Aaron enhances project communication and satisfaction.

Aaron also has a Bachelors degree from the University of Rhode Island and has long been an active volunteer in the community supporting youth programs.
